How long does shipping take?
U.S. Orders: Typically take around 5-9 business days.
International Orders: May take anywhere from 5-15 business days.
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
What is your refund policy?
Damaged Items: If a product you received was damaged during delivery, you have 30 days since receiving the package to request a refund. Provide order number and photo/video proof is required.
Wrong/Missing Items: If you didn't receive what you were supposed to, contact us @shopfureversupply@gmail.com. Providing your order number and photo/video proof.
Are your products made with pet friendly ingredients?
Absolutely! We only choose products, foods, and treats made with real ingredients you recognize and trust. We focus on real, natural ingredients—simple, honest, and easy to understand. If it doesn't meet that standard, we don't sell it.
Why isn't my tracking link working?
Don't stress! It takes about 24-48 hours after shipping for the first tracking update to appear.
